Yes, we do charge for shipping and always try to offer the least expensive shipping rates possible, passing along all discounts from shipping partners to our consumers. 

We do not allow refunds or cancelled orders after orders are placed as each product is specifically made for each order, often beginning within hours of the order. If we make a mistake on personalization we are happy to provide a replacement, of course without any additional shipping charges. Please contact us at teresa@nashvillecotton.com

Not all, yet most Nashville Cotton products can be personalized. You will see a personalization box below each product that can be personalized. Please make sure to provide all requested information in the personalization box on the product page. Fonts and sample colors are available for review in the product photo section. Please remember the size of the text may be changed to accommodate the number of letters and printable space. 

All of our products are custom printed. To maintain vivid colors, we recommend washing 100% cotton flour sack towels, guest towels, pillowcases, blankets and baby items in cold water with color safe detergent (no bleach) and dry on a low setting to reduce shrinkage. Ironing will restore crispness. 

Canvas wine bags and canvas laundry bags should not be washed.

Yes! I grew up wrapping gifts every Christmas season in a small department store in south Arkansas and would love to help you complete the gift giving experience. For $12 your purchase will be lovingly wrapped in gingham fabric, placed in a signature white glossy box that is perfect to store treasures, and finished with a beautiful gingham ribbon. 

It typically takes 3 to 4 business days to complete an order. If you need it sooner, please email us at tweby@me.com to check on rush order availability.
